Stir Fry Recipes
Any veggies you want
Rice
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Ginger root
Sauce of 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tbls hot sauce, 2 tbls honey, 2 tbls hot mustard
Cut up whatever veggies you want to include
In a wok, heat the olive oil, sesame oil and ginger root. When the oil is hot, remove the ginger root and add the cut up veggies. Stir frequently until the veggies are heated and start to brown. Pour in the sauce, cover, and let steam for about a minute. Serve over rice.
